This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this website.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we store the name, email address, destination country and the requirement text you type. We also record the date and the IP address the enquiry came from, so that duplicate and automated submissions can be recognised.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation. We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while a commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it for tax or customs records.

Who else sees it

Our own staff, and where a quotation requires it, the manufacturer or freight forwarder involved in fulfilling that specific enquiry. Nobody else.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store the country you selected in the enquiry form so you do not have to retype it; that value stays on your device.
